Hi-Hat Assembly Hand tighten upper pull rod to lower pull rod Bottom Hi-Hat Cymbal slips over upper pull rod and rests on Bottom Seat. The Hi-Hat Clutch slips over upper pull rod with Top Hi-Hat Cymbal attached as shown
